All orders are packed and shipped from our HQ in Australia.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND - 5 to 7 days.

UNITED STATES - 5 to 10 days.

(Please note that shipping to the US is only available via DHL Air Express. Import fees/tariffs may apply.)

JAPAN AND ASIA - 10 to 20 days.

EUROPE - 10 to 20 days.

REST OF THE WORLD - 4 to 6 weeks.

Please note that Joy-Supply is a one man operation. I work my hardest to ship out orders on the same day but it may take up to a week for your order to be dispatched. All website prices and shipping listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
